WHAT'S INCLUDED WHEN I HIRE THE EAGLE?Each package on our website have inclusions listed, only what is listed under the package is included . Alcohol is not included in any of our packages
-
ARE DRINKS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?We are BYO so you supply the drinks you would like served. With DIY weddings being the trend to follow it means you are able to save more $$ by using a BYO service. A standard drinks package at a licensed venue can cost upward of $5000 for your guests to sit at a table and drink a glass of wine. Using a BYO caravan bar means you control exactly how much you spend, without anyone putting a markup in top of your alcohol, getting the biggest bang for your buck!
-
HOW DO I KNOW HOW MUCH ALCOHOL TO BUY?We've been doing this for a long time so we have a pretty good idea of how mch you will go through on the night. We work with you to determine a suitable amount based on your budget and guest list.
-
MY VENUE OR CATERERS ALREADY HAVE A DRINKS PACKAGE INCLUDED, CAN I STILL HIRE A CARAVAN BAR?"Yes! We offer a dry hire option, where you hire the caravan and provide your own staff, so your venue can utilise the van and serve the beverage package you may have already paid for.
-
DO YOU NEED ACCESS TO POWER OR WATER?We definitely need access to power. To run the van efficientyl we need 2 x 10amp outlets. We don't need access to water as we bring our own but if there is water on site then amazing!
-
HOW DO WE KEEP THE DRINKS COLD?You do need to make sure your drinks are chilled prior to our arrival. We can keep drinks cold throughout the night but to make sure your guests are served icy cold drinks at the beginning of service you will need to chill them before we arrive. We strongly recommend hiring a cool room, it will cost approx $300. We can help with this.
-
DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR COCKTAIL SERVICE?No. Our staff are highly skilled and are able to efficiently serve your guests regardless of what you decide to offer. If you have a large guestlist or choose to offer an extensive cocktail list we may add an additional staff member at an hourly rate to ensure your guests aren't waiting too long at the bar, but this will be determined upon enquiry.
-
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO WE NEED TO BOOK YOU?We are currently booking out as far as 18 months ahead. For peak wedding season you'll need to book atleast 9 - 12 months ahead to secure your date. As we can only do one wedding a day we WILL book out so don't ponder and get in touch ASAP!
-
WHAT TIME WILL YOU ARRIVE THE DAY OF THE WEDDING?We don't plan our drop off schedule until the week of the wedding. If you need to provide a time to the venue for their run sheet, say 11am the day of. We will contact you the week of the wedding and let you know if the drop off time will differ from this
-
SHOULD WE DO BOTTLED OR KEG BEER?The decision to choose bottled beer or kegs is totally up to you. Here are some pro's and con's of each: KEGS PRO's - They are super cool, beer on tap has a different taste than bottles CON's - Once a keg is tapped it can't be returned, you also can't get any beer out of a keg after the wedding unless you have a keg system at home BOTTLES PRO's - Bottled beer has a wider range available than kegs, you can return leftovers to save money OR keep cartons to drink later, you can also return & earn empty bottles after the wedding CON's - Lots of rubbish to deal with after the wedding if the venue requires you to remove rubbish
-
WHEN SHOULD I START PURCHASING OUR ALCOHOL?Whenever you damn well feel like it! If you notice Dan Murphys have a sale on whatever beer or wine you've decided to offer, buy some.... Woolies having a sale on soft drink? Buy some! Keep it stored somewhere cool until the wedding.

YOUR PACKAGES ARE BASED ON UP TO 100 GUESTS, WE HAVE 30 GUESTS DOES THAT CHANGE THE PRICE?"The price is for up too 100 guests, we will have two bartenders whether it’s 20 guests or 80 guests. This is to ensure the bar can be restocked and glassware can be collected without the bar being unmanned. It also ensures the safety of our staff, we will never send our staff to an event solo. For events over 100 guests we add extra staff which is where the price increases.
